Job summary

Tech24 is seeking a Field Service Manager in San Antonio, TX to lead a team of service technicians and perform hands-on repairs of commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment. The role combines field service with people leadership to maintain high repair quality and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial foodservice service, EPA refrigeration certification, and strong troubleshooting, communication, and mentoring skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial foodservice equipment, HVAC/R, refrigeration, or related service experience.
• EPA certification or other applicable refrigeration certification required.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment.

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment.
• Provide technical support and training to technicians.
• Assist with technician performance reviews and safety meetings.
• Manage and stock parts for service calls and maintain vehicle/tools.
