Ideal candidates have 0–2 years of related electrical or mechanical experience, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to travel up to 75% to regional sites.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in power distribution systems preferred.
• 0–2 years of electrical, mechanical, or field service experience preferred.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams, follow instructions, and use basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist start-up and commissioning of switchboards, control panels, and power products.
• Assist with installation and modification of electrical/mechanical components.
• Perform basic testing and troubleshooting under guidance.
• Report issues to Field Service Leads and project teams.
