• Proficient with MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Answer field service calls and open service tickets.
• Dispatch technicians and manage labor and parts on service calls.
• Monitor service estimates and ensure on-time completion.
• Lead safety training and ensure PPE compliance and incident reporting.
• Coordinate with customers on work scope and approval details.
