R.S. Hughes Company, Inc. is seeking a SupplySight Field Service Representative to service Baltimore, DC, and Delaware markets. The role focuses on maintaining optimal inventory at client facilities and meeting KPIs through field-based work 80% of the time.

You will interact with customers, manage inventory, and collaborate with inside operations to ensure top-notch service. Requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and 1 year in B2B sales/operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid state driver license required.
• 1 year of B2B sales and/or merchandising/operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide SupplySight program support at customer facilities.
• Develop relationships with key customer personnel and support program improvements.
• Answer questions for customers, supporting product additions or updates.
• Maintain inventory and organize labeling, storage, and handling at customer sites.
• Assist with preparing orders and resupply at customer facilities.
