Job summary

Zito Media is seeking a Service Installation Technician in Lewistown, PA to perform routine installations, disconnects and troubleshooting of cable, high-speed internet, phone services, and end user equipment.

The role requires on-call evenings and weekends as scheduled. Prior experience is preferred but training is available for the right candidate. A valid drivers license and ability to travel are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to be trained and handle routine installs, disconnects and troubleshooting.
• Must be able to read and interpret instructions and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Install cable television, internet and phone services.
• Complete and submit all assigned work orders.
• Identify faults and correct them by repairing or replacing components.
• Communicate with customers about reception issues and required services.
• Travel out of state may be required to assist with coverage.
