Thompson Safety, Llc is seeking a Service Representative to service and grow our customer base at the IAH Houston First Aid location. The role emphasizes building account relationships, making outbound calls, and supporting sales efforts with timely service and product introductions.

You will participate in training, maintain customer contact, and help expand opportunities while adhering to safety and quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Houston, TX.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Familiar with safety field terminology, codes, and product attributes.
• Strong business sense with awareness of sales, finance, and safety concepts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and basic technology to improve the customer experience.
