Job summary

Lumafield designs, installs and services the world’s first accessible X-ray CT scanner. The Field Service Engineer role is responsible for commissioning, calibrating, maintaining, and repairing Lumafield scanners at customer sites while supporting our internal fleet.

This position involves heavy travel and collaboration with engineering, manufacturing and customer success teams. Ideal candidates are technically proficient across computer, electrical and mechanical systems, comfortable with hand

Qualifications

• Experience with computer, electrical and mechanical systems including sensors and actuators.
• Comfortable using common hand tools (e.g. drill, torque wrench).
• Ability to follow written procedures and identify deviations or problems.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning and calibrating Lumafield scanners.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repair at customer sites.
• Frequent travel to customer sites (75%).
• Create, update, and maintain training materials and safety guidelines.
