What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and resolve computer, electrical, and mechanical issues in the field
• Conduct hands‑on prototype integration, soldering, crimping, and component testing

What You Need

• Technical expertise across computer, electrical, and mechanical systems including sensors and actuators
• Proficiency with Linux systems
• Ability to troubleshoot computer, electrical, and mechanical issues
• Proficiency with common hand tools (drill, torque wrench, etc.)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for remote team support and customer service reports

Nice to Have

• Hands‑on prototype integration experience with soldering and crimping
• Experience in a customer‑facing technical service environment
