Job summary

S-One Holdings Corporation is seeking a highly technical Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and repair wide-format printers across the U.S., including EFI, Canon M-Series, HP Latex, and Epson SureColor.

The role requires substantial travel, independent problem solving, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. You will conduct pre-installation scoping, diagnostics, and on-site training.

Priority locations include Chicago, IL and Dallas, TX, with opportunities for travel to other sites.

Qualifications

• Background in solvent, latex, or UV printing or service.
• Proven knowledge of wide-format RIP software.
• Strong technical independence and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent customer service and professional demeanor.
• Willingness to travel across the U.S.
• Maintain relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair print production equipment.
• Conduct pre-installation scoping and facility meetings.
• Troubleshoot and document service issues at customer sites.
• Provide training and demonstrations to customers.
• Analyze helpdesk tickets and suggest system improvements.
• Coordinate logistics for equipment and parts delivery.
• Maintain records of tickets, billing, warranties, and expenses.
• Pursue ongoing certifications and training.
