Job summary

Millcraft Paper Company seeks a Field Service Technician for Wide Format, DTG/ DTF, and digital printing equipment. The role covers installing, repairing, and maintaining equipment at customer sites in Ohio and Michigan, with approximately 90% travel. A strong customer-service mindset and safety awareness are essential.

You will collaborate with field teams, service engineering, and customer support to ensure uptime and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Associate Degree and/or two to five years of related work experience in wide format printers.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing inkjet heads.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals.
• Proficiency with MS Office and graphic software; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Installs and configures equipment at customer sites to full functionality.
• Analyzes service reports to identify problems and determines corrective actions.
• Coordinates with engineering and customer service to expedite repairs.
• Provides on-site technical assistance and troubleshooting.
• Develops service handbooks and conducts training on equipment safety and operation.
