Job summary

Franklin Electric Co. in the Northeast US is seeking a Field Service Engineer who will reside in the region and support customers by installing, testing, and servicing our water and power products.

You will coordinate technical training for distributors and field personnel, troubleshoot field issues, and participate in demonstrations at tradeshows. This role requires travel and a hands-on problem solver who communicates clearly with customers.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of related water systems or industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel 70% with up to 50% overnight.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and provides technical training to distributor personnel, contractors, dealers, and installers.
• Tests and troubleshoots Franklin Electric products and assists at installations.
• Promotes Franklin Electric products at tradeshows and events; conducts product demonstrations.
• Collects and reports marketing information related to competitive products and customer needs.
• Writes weekly and special reports highlighting site or customer issues.
