Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Field Service Technician in Albany, NY to perform scheduled and break-fix service on UPS, PDU, and battery systems. Travel to customer sites is required, with strong emphasis on safety and on-time reporting. On-site and remote support will be provided through the Vertiv training ecosystem.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2–4 years related experience or military background. Expect comprehensive benefits and a company vehicle for travel.

Qualifications

• Communicate professionally and respectfully in both written and verbal forms.

• Complete administrative tasks (i.e. report writing, time entry, expense reporting, material debriefing) in a timely fashion.
