Vertiv is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform scheduled and break-fix service on UPS, Power Distribution Units and battery systems. You will establish strong rapport with customers and support Edge market segment needs across retail, financial, and municipal sectors.

Qualifications

• Aseet/AMEET preferred or in progress.
• High School or Vocational Diploma is required.
• 2-4 years military experience in a related technical field appreciated.
• 0-2 years of relevant industry experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Perform service tasks as assigned and per company policies.
• Render on-site and phone assistance to customers.
• Communicate with Technical Support on issues.
• Follow safety guidelines and rules.
• Maintain accurate service and administrative reports.
