Vertiv is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform scheduled and remedial service on Small to Medium UPS, PDU and battery systems. You will build rapport with customers, support edge market segments, and coordinate with Technical Support as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service or related technical field.
• High school diploma or vocational training.
• 0–2 years of relevant industry experience.
• ASEET/AMEET or progress toward certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform service tasks on UPS, PDU, and battery systems.
• Provide on-site and phone assistance to customers.
• Communicate with Technical Support on issues.
• Follow Field Change Notices and safety guidelines.
• Complete administrative tasks and maintain inventory.
