Job summary

Taylor Hobson seeks a Field Service Engineer to support customers across North America. You will install, train, calibrate, maintain, repair equipment and provide after-sales remote troubleshooting and quoting services at customer sites.

The ideal candidate has an engineering degree, 3+ years in field service, valid US passport/green card, and willingness to travel. Based in Central or Western US with a home office near a major airport.

Qualifications

• Degree in electronic or multi-disciplinary engineering.
• 3+ years field service experience (electronics & computer/software).
• Must hold US Passport or Green Card.
• Permanent residents and U.S. Citizens only; OPT not considered.
• Experience traveling for work is required.
• Based near a major airport in Central or Western US.
• Willing to use AI tools to improve productivity and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Installation and training at customer sites.
• Calibration and maintenance of equipment.
• Service repair and after-sales support/remote troubleshooting.
• Quoting services to customers and technical support as needed.
