Job summary

Taylor Hobson, established in 1886, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support our USA customer base after completing a training program. You will be onsite at customer premises, installing equipment and training users.

Responsibilities include calibration and maintenance, service repair, after‑sales support and remote diagnostics, and providing quotes. Expect travel across North America; a valid US passport or green card is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in electronic or multi-disciplinary engineering, or 3+ years field service experience.
• Valid US Passport or Green Card; able to travel for work.
• Permanent residents and U.S. Citizens only; no OPT candidates.
• Proven experience delivering high‑level customer service.

Responsibilities

• Install and training at customer sites.
• Calibration and maintenance of equipment.
• Service repair and after‑sales support / remote diagnostics.
• Quoting services to customers.
