Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required by start date.
• Willingness to travel and spend extended periods away from home (200–250 days/yr).
• Ability to lead, guide others, and work with customers to provide excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Complete classroom and on-the-job training across multiple US sites.
• Supervise technicians during power plant maintenance outages.
• Coordinate upgrades and testing of turbine generators with engineers.
• Act as primary customer contact during outages and ensure timely repairs.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams on testing and diagnostics.
