Job summary

Nova Measuring Instruments is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide on-site and remote technical support at customer sites, working with R&D teams to drive technology development for new products.

You will lead complex escalations, perform installations and upgrades, and maintain documentation while collaborating with Sales, Applications and Engineering teams. Domestic and international travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Able to analyze technical and operational data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Confident presenting technical data to internal teams and customers.
• Comfortable using Excel or similar tools for basic data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers per warranty and service agreements.
• Lead complex equipment escalations as the technical owner.
• Perform installation, commissioning, upgrades, and add-ons for equipment.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and reports.
• Deliver technical and status reports to customers and management.
• Provide customer training and retraining to ensure effective tool usage.
