• Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for customer service activities: updating, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing highly complex KLA equipment at customer sites.
• Represents the company to the customer and ensures customer satisfaction with service; assures operational quality and minimizes downtime.
• Coordinates actions with customers to minimize downtime and maintain high performance of tools.
