Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Military technical experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site customer service for advanced KLA tools.
• Maintain Preventive Maintenance schedules.
• Repair and update equipment at customer locations.
• Prepare Field Service Reports and quotes.
• Cross-train and mentor other field engineers.
• Support on-site escalations and applications.
