Job summary

KLA is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, repair, and maintain highly complex capital equipment at customer sites and trade shows. You will diagnose problems, coordinate with customers, and ensure equipment up time aligns with production needs.

You’ll work with installation engineers, provide guidance to junior staff, maintain PM schedules, and build service reports. A Bachelor's degree or military technical experience is accepted; strong communication and customer focus are essential.

• Experience with complex capital equipment and diagnostics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support for a variety of advanced KLA products.
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair complex capital equipment at customer sites.
• Maintain Preventive Maintenance schedules and execute PMs.
• Prepare Field Service Reports and quotes; assist senior staff.
