Job summary

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent work history.
• Travel approximately 80% including overnights.
• Knowledge of GMP and Plant Safety Protocols.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer satisfaction focus.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions and read technical bulletins.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client facilities and perform specialized analyses.
• Preferred location near Columbus, OH; covers a large Great Lakes region.
• Perform preventative maintenance on Delta or Perten equipment in the region.
• Coordinate with Service Coordinator to confirm prerequisites and schedule work.
• Install Delta or Perten equipment with appropriate calibrations and qualification.
• Coordinate with Specialists for training and site surveys as needed.
• Perform minor repairs on-location under guidance from Specialists.
• Coordinate with customer networks for security and communication protocols.
• Provide Application Support and maintain clear communication with peers and customers.
• Develop awareness of other functional groups and product lines.
