Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/AS degree and relevant repair experience as listed in qualifications.
• Experience with laboratory equipment repair and maintenance is required or preferred.
• Military experience accepted as equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Installations, maintenance, validations, and repairs per service standards.
• Engage with customers to understand workflows and tailor service offerings.
• Identify revenue opportunities through billable work, consumables, and service leads.
• Maintain assets and inventory including tools and parts.
• Report improvement opportunities via quality notification process.
• Complete administrative duties and training, maintain health and safety compliance.
