Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking a Field Service Engineer (FSE) to join our EMT Field Service Team. You will install, calibrate, and repair Keysight EMT equipment on customer sites, with on-site and remote support, traveling up to 50% as needed.

Based in a remote-worker role out of Wisconsin, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, high-quality service and drive customer uptime. A strong background in EMT products and Windows networking is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Associates degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years experience with EMT products, especially i3070.
• ICT application software knowledge or experience.
• Proficient with Windows OS and basic networking.
• Willing to travel up to 50% (domestic and international).

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, repair Keysight EMT equipment on-site at PCB manufacturers.
• Provide on-site and remote support and troubleshooting.
• Lead field service projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely calibrations.
• Develop approaches to varied assignments and solutions for customer problems.
