Job summary

Keysight seeks an ambitious Field Service Engineer for the Global Services Organization. You will install, calibrate, upgrade, maintain, and repair Wafer Test Solutions on-site at customer sites, with 25–50% travel and remote support as needed.

The role demands a Bachelor's in Electronic or Electrical Engineering, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure. Home-based in Malta, NY area with możliwość to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; ability to travel via car and air.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to work under pressure and coordinate with customers.
• Flexible hours and travel on short notice; willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Ability to lift equipment weighing 50 lbs and to operate testing instruments.

Responsibilities

• Support semiconductor wafer customers for on-site installation, calibration, upgrade, maintenance and repair of WTS Parametric Solutions.
• Provide on-site and remote support via phone, email and online audio-visual tools.
• Install hardware/software upgrades; service notes and proactive maintenance per PM schedules.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment; collaborate with cross-functional teams to restore uptime.
• Install and commission complete solutions on-site; assist regional project teams with strategy.
• Travel 25–50% and maintain customer-facing documentation.
