Job summary

Keysight Technologies seeks a Field Service Engineer to support PCB manufacturing test systems on client sites in Wisconsin. You will install, calibrate, maintain, and repair i3070/i1000/i7090 equipment and provide remote assistance as needed.

This role requires traveling up to 50%, excellent communication, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining customer uptime. Company car provided and eligibility for bonus programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in electronic/electrical engineering, engineering technology, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience with EMT products, especially i3070 in-circuit test systems.
• Excellent working knowledge of Windows OS and basic networking.
• Ability to travel internationally (US Passport) and travel up to 50%.
• Customer interfacing experience and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work in high-stress, mission-critical situations.

Responsibilities

• On-site installation, implementation, maintenance, calibration, and repair of EMT equipment.
• Provide on-site and remote support via phone to customers.
• Lead field service projects coordinating with multiple functions.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and OS issues across systems.
