Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Wisconsin is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, calibrate, repair, and maintain Keysight EMT equipment at PCB manufacturers. You will work onsite with customers, perform preventive maintenance, and support troubleshooting both on site and remotely.

The role requires travel up to 50%, strong communication, and ability to lift 50 lbs. A related degree and 5+ years EMT experience are preferred; a company car is provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years EMT product experience, especially i3070 ICT systems.
• ICT application software knowledge or experience.
• Excellent working knowledge of PC Windows OS and basic networking.
• Ability to travel internationally (US Passport).
• Customer interfacing experience and strong communication skills.
• Electromechanical aptitude and related skills.
• Functional test experience with Keysight instrumentation.
• Wafer/Parametric test system experience is a plus.
• Instrument calibration and repair experience.
• Willing to travel up to 50% (day travel and overnight).

Responsibilities

• On-site installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair of EMT equipment at customer sites.
• Proactive preventive maintenance scheduling and service note implementation.
• Collaborate with Support Sales to identify new service opportunities.
• Lead field service projects coordinating with other functions and customers.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and OS issues across diverse systems.
