Job summary
Keysight in Malta, NY is seeking an ambitious Field Service Engineer for on-site installation, maintenance, calibration, and repair of Wafer Test Solutions. You will support semiconductor wafer customers, perform remote troubleshooting, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime.
Responsibilities include PM scheduling, hardware/software upgrades, on-site troubleshooting, and commissioning of complete solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and willingness to travel by car/air.
- Ability to work from home office; Malta, NY area preferred.
Responsibilities
- On-site installation, maintenance, calibration, upgrade and repair of Keysight’s WTS Parametric Solutions.
- Provide on-site and remote support and troubleshooting via phone, email, and VTC.
- Install hardware/software upgrades and apply service notes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex repair scenarios.
- Perform preventative maintenance scheduling and ensure customer uptime.
- Install and commission complete solutions and support regional projects.
