Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support PCB manufacturing customers in Wisconsin. The role is remote-based from WI with on-site fieldwork, travel up to 50%, and duties including installation, maintenance, calibration, and repair of EMT equipment such as i3070 systems.

You will interact with cross-functional teams, lead service projects, and proactively pursue service opportunities while delivering high customer uptime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience on EMT Products, especially Keysight i3070 In-Circuit Test Systems
• ICT Application Software knowledge or experience
• Excellent working knowledge of the PC Windows Operating Systems and basic networking
• Ability to travel internationally (US Passport)
• Customer Interfacing Experience
• Electromechanical Aptitude and Skills
• Functional Test Experience, particularly with Keysight instrumentation
• Parametric Test System (Wafer Test) experience a plus
• Instrument Calibration and Repair Experience
• Willing to travel up to 50% (day travel and overnight)

Responsibilities

• On-site installation, implementation, maintenance, calibration and repair of EMT equipment at PCB manufacturing sites.
• Provide on-site and remote support and troubleshooting by phone.
• Lead field service projects coordinating with other functions and customers.
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely calibrations.
• Address difficult repair situations to restore systems quickly.
• Collaborate with Support Sales to identify new service opportunities.
