Job summary

Keysight is seeking a Field Service Engineer (FSE) to support Wafer Test Solutions equipment at customer sites, primarily in the Malta, NY region. You will install, calibrate, maintain, upgrade, and repair Parametric testers such as 4070/4080, P9000, and NX5400A families.

You will travel 25-50% and may work from a home office, interfacing with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure rapid issue resolution and minimal downtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Must have valid driver's license and be able to travel by car and air.
• Candidates should be self-directed with minimal supervision and capable of handling high-stress situations.

Responsibilities

• Support on-site installation, calibration, maintenance, upgrades, and repair of Keysight WTS Parametric Solutions.
• Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting via phone, email, and video.
• Install hardware/software upgrades and service notes as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve difficult repair situations.
• Engage in on-site installation and commissioning of complete solutions.
• Travel regionally to support customer projects and strategies.
