Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience as customer-facing Field Service Engineer.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, self-driven with curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Clear, respectful verbal and written communication.
• Enjoys travelling and visiting customers.

Responsibilities

• On-site installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of pathology systems solutions.
• Install and optimize hardware/software/network products at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve product performance problems; perform maintenance and repairs.
• Advise customers on preventive maintenance and configurations to improve performance.
• Deliver integrated solutions including peripherals, OS and applications; train customers and other engineers.
