Job summary

Atlas Material Testing Technology LLC seeks a Technical Service Representative to service customers across the Southeast from GA, TX, or TN with extensive travel. You will perform on-site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment, while generating service reports and managing calibration records.

The role emphasizes on-site testing, customer interaction, and adherence to quality standards, with an hourly employee type and USD salary range of 70,000–90,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent in electrical/mechanical tech or related experience.
• Experience reading schematics and working with high voltage equipment.
• Strong mathematical aptitude for practical problem solving.
• Proficient with MS Office and able to navigate systems.
• Valid driver's license; passport may be required.
• Willingness to travel and work at remote sites.
• Ability to work independently within policies and guidelines.
• Good technical communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tests on instruments and components to diagnose malfunctions.
• Interact with operators to resolve operational problems and adjust components.
• Align and calibrate equipment per Atlas and OEM specs.
• Provide training on operation, basic maintenance, and warranty issues.
• Prepare quotes, service reports, and manage pricing terms.
• Maintain service records and calibration documentation.
• Manage spare parts inventory and comply with quality standards.
• Perform work according to Atlas processes and quality standards.
