Job summary

MECHATRONICS USA LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician in Sacramento, CA to diagnose and repair ESR instruments and LoRRca RBC analyzers at customer sites. You will travel frequently, provide on-site training, and ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment.

We value hands-on mechatronics experience, strong English communication, and the ability to coordinate with customers and third-party technicians to complete service tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in mechatronics or related engineering.
• 1 year field service experience.
• Good English, written and spoken.
• Proficient in MS Office and general computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites with short notice for emergency service.
• Diagnose and resolve issues using service manuals and IFU documents.
• Provide field support and user guidance to customers and third parties.
• Open, update and complete all service reports.
• Update and maintain inventory at office and customer sites.
• Perform maintenance and repair on site as needed.
