Job summary

EMSAR is seeking a Field Service Engineer I to support maintenance, calibration and repair of laboratory, medical, kiosk and UPS equipment. You will interact with clients on-site, perform verifications and software/hardware upgrades, and ensure adherence to EMSAR quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of technical field experience, a valid driver license, and strong communication skills to manage customer relations and documentation in EMSAR’s CMMS system.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• 2–4 years of technical experience in field service or related roles.
• Valid driver license and liability insurance required.
• Ability to drive personal, fleet or rental vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Provides on‑site preventative maintenance, repairs, calibrations and software/hardware upgrades on EMSAR supported equipment.
• Establishes and maintains close communication with assigned customers for visibility.
• Provides intermediate level engineer support and service work.
• Responsible for customer satisfaction pertaining to services.
• Follows quality practices specified by EMSAR and product vendors.
• Manages work orders and documents all facets of the work in EMSAR CMMS.
