Job summary

Integrated Power Services, LLC. is seeking a Field Service Technician in California to diagnose, repair, and maintain electro‑mechanical equipment, including AC/DC motors. You will travel to customer sites, perform precision tests, and ensure safety and reliability while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience with AC/DC motors and diagnostics.
• PdMA testing experience preferred.
• Level I Vibration Analysis certification preferred.
• Proficiency with basic math and measurement tools.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform service, diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on electro‑mechanical equipment.
• Deliver an unmatched customer experience while working independently or in a team.
• Inspect and test electro‑mechanical equipment to assess performance and identify issues.
• Conduct electrical tests with portable equipment to ensure accurate diagnostics.
• Install or remove AC/DC motors, perform laser alignment, and replace bearings as needed.
• Set seals and gaps to manufacturer specifications for reliability.
• Clean equipment using bead/ice blasting and solvents to remove contaminants.
• Maintain professional, customer‑focused demeanor and comply with policies and safety standards.
• Complete tasks per operating guidelines, ensuring safety and quality.
• Travel locally and overnight as required; flexible schedule including overtime.
