Job summary

You will travel to customer locations, install, commission, and train users while maintaining thorough service documentation and delivering clear reports to stakeholders. A mechanical/electrical/electronic background is essential.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems and components.
• Proficiency using diagnostic tools, test equipment, and software applications for diagnostics and maintenance.
• Understanding of safety protocols and PPE for industrial environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Travel to customer sites to provide on-site support, installation, commissioning, and training.
• Diagnose problems, identify root causes, and implement solutions to resolve malfunctions.
• Document service activities and hours using service reports and work orders.
• Provide detailed service reports and communicate findings to customers and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers as a trusted advisor for technical support.
