Job summary

A leading business technology solutions provider is seeking a Technical Support professional to provide exceptional customer service and technical assistance for office equipment. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, technical training, and 1-3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include scheduling service calls, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining positive client relationships. The role may require lifting up to 50 lbs and working full time, with compensation based on experience.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience related to technical/repair of business equipment.
• Experience with Konica Minolta equipment is a plus.
• Operate a motor vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service calls timely based on contractual commitments.
• Provide assistance in break-fix situations and networking installations.
• Manage territory and inventory for cost-effective service.
• Complete customer care tickets and reports accurately.
