TRUMPF Grand Rapids is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, troubleshoot, and service TRUMPF CNC machines across the United States. You will build strong customer relationships, diagnose issues, perform calibrations, and provide on-site training and support.

Qualifications

• Associates program or technical school degree in Engineering principles or a suitable combination of education and work experience.
• Experience with electronics, digital circuits and hydraulics is helpful.
• Must have and maintain a clean and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, maintain and repair TRUMPF CNC machines.
• Build and develop strong customer relationships on-site and remotely as needed.
• Provide onsite training to customers for operation and/or repair of machines.
• Accurately report technical conditions and information of machines to PSG and management.
• Submit organized service reports for each repair mission.
