Job summary

231 TUS - TRUMPF, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, troubleshoot, maintain and repair TRUMPF CNC machines while building strong customer relationships.

This position requires travel across the country, including overnight stays and occasional international travel. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to diagnose issues, install equipment, align parts, report conditions, and provide onsite training on operation and repair.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or technical schooling in Engineering principles or equivalent.
• Experience with computer software, electronics, digital circuits, wiring, mechanics and hydraulics is helpful.
• Must have and maintain a clean and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, maintain and repair TRUMPF CNC machines and build customer relationships.
• Work with customers and machines to ensure equipment operates within tolerance.
• Provide onsite training to customers for operation and/or repair of machines.
• Submit organized service reports for each repair mission.
