• Provide technical support to customers, distributors, and sales teams for motion control products and applications.
• Troubleshoot motor, servo, PLC, wiring, setup, configuration, tuning, and programming issues.
• Assist with product demonstrations, customer presentations, proposals, and technical training.
• Travel to customer sites for installations, field service, troubleshooting, training, and application support.
• Diagnose product issues, support failure analysis, and assist with root‑cause investigations.
• Prepare service reports, technical documentation, demonstration units, and required customer support records.
