• Ability to read instrument schematics and diagnose equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair, troubleshoot, and assemble automated microbiology equipment.
• Complete documentation of service activities per manufacturer requirements.
• Instruct instrument operators and ensure high levels of customer service.
• Travel frequently to off-site locations and plants for service activities.
