Job summary

You will travel to sites, perform preventive maintenance, calibrations, and software updates to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. The role emphasizes building relationships with customers, on-site issue resolution, and collaboration with sales and service teams.

Responsibilities

• Install and service Hologic products (imaging and interventional) including electrical, mechanical and software components.
• Establish and maintain high customer satisfaction with product support and service.
• Complete remedial service actions, system checks, and hardware/software upgrades per policy.
• Train customers on basic operation of Hologic products.
