Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a self-starter able to travel and work independently.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and schedule activities.
• Able to resolve problems, think analytically, and communicate professionally in high pressure environments.
• Willing to work flexible hours and overtime on short notice.
• On-call after normal hours.
• Overnight travel may be frequent depending on location.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Install and service Hologic products (mammography, digital mammography, bone densitometry, mini c-arms).
• Establish high customer satisfaction with products, support, and service.
• Complete remedial service actions, system checks, and required hardware/software upgrades.
• Assist other Field Engineers and maintain accurate paperwork.
• Train customers on basic operation of Hologic products.
• Provide feedback to management on product performance and service improvements.
• Manage inventory and return unused/failed parts promptly.
• Promote service contract offerings within assigned territory.
• Respond to customer inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
