Job summary

Hologic is seeking a Field Service Engineer in the Denver, CO area to install, service, and calibrate mammography and other medical imaging products at customer sites. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and software updates while maintaining customer relationships and ensuring high satisfaction.

The role requires travel, on-call availability, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronics, computer science or related technical discipline is preferred.
• 2–4 years experience in field service with medical imaging or X-ray equipment preferred.
• Able to travel to customer sites, sometimes overnight, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure in customer environments.

Responsibilities

• Install and service Hologic products including electrical, mechanical and software components.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and hardware/software upgrades.
• Train customers on product operation and basic use.
• Escalate issues to service management with clear documentation.
• Manage inventory and parts returns; support service contracts within territory.
