Job summary

Hologic, a leader in women's health innovation, is recruiting a Field Service Engineer in the Raleigh, NC area. You will travel to customer sites to calibrate, repair, and maintain mammography and other imaging equipment, ensuring peak performance and uptime.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in electronics or related technical field preferred.
• 2-4 years field service experience with x-ray or medical imaging preferred.
• Strong computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Install and service Hologic products including mammography and bone densitometry.
• Establish high level of customer satisfaction with product support.
• Complete remedial service actions and hardware/software upgrades.
• Train customers on operation and use of products.
• Manage inventory and parts return.
• Promote service contracts to customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and escalate issues when needed.
• Travel to customer sites to calibrate and optimize performance.
