This highly autonomous, field-based role involves extensive travel, hands-on system work, and interaction with internal teams to drive service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a comparable technical qualification.
• At least 3 years in field service, technical support, or related in-house service.
• Strong problem-solving, hands-on engineering skills, and proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication, customer-facing confidence, and willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Install and set up SCIENION and CELLENION systems at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and on-site or remote repairs.
