Job summary

SCIEX is seeking a Field Service Engineer to maintain, install, and repair instrumentation at customer sites, covering Morgantown and surrounding areas with remote work options. You will mentor junior staff and travel up to 50% as required.

Required LCMS/capillary electrophoresis experience and a Life Sciences or Engineering degree. Valid driver’s license and safety compliance are necessary.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering or equivalent.
• LCMS and/or capillary electrophoresis experience required; servicing mass spec instruments preferred.
• Meet vendor credentialing requirements and maintain safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain instrumentation at customer sites.
• Provide customer training and ensure satisfaction at strategic accounts.
• Complete administrative duties including logging service activities and inventory.
