Job summary
Labcorp seeks an On‑Site Service Engineer to join our team in Raritan, NJ. This role focuses on installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of complex laboratory automation systems across customer sites.
Expect FAT/SAT testing, preventive maintenance, and on‑site training to ensure equipment reliability. Strong diagnostic and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in a technical discipline with 3+ years of field service experience.
- Proficiency with diagnostic methodologies and troubleshooting complex automation systems.
- Experience supporting medical or laboratory automation environments.
Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair lab automation systems.
- Install, test, validate, and upgrade equipment at customer sites.
- Provide fast, effective technical support and on-site training as needed.
- Maintain service documentation, reports, and inventory records.
- Continuously improve proficiency and support additional projects.
