Vision RT is seeking a proactive Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and support our SGRT solutions across the US. You will provide remote and on-site technical assistance, ensuring systems operate reliably. The role demands extensive travel and adherence to safety standards in clinical environments.

The position emphasizes customer focus, strong diagnostic skills, and effective collaboration with hospital IT teams. Base location includes Virginia/Wash DC area.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering remote and on-site technical support to customers.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking basics.
• Solid PC hardware understanding and fault-finding skills.
• Ability to travel frequently and manage priorities independently.
• Excellent communication and customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, support, and maintain Vision RT products at customer sites.
• Deliver remote and on-site technical support, diagnosing software, OS, and hardware issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance, updates, and system enhancements.
• Coordinate with customer IT teams to resolve network and connectivity challenges.
• Document installations, maintenance, and customer activity logs.
