Revvity Health Sciences, Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to support reproductive health customers across the West region, based primarily in Fresno, CA.

The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment at customer sites and acting as the main service liaison to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications

• BS/BA in engineering or STEM plus 5+ years in installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, support and/or end-user instrumentation use.
• AS/AA in engineering or STEM or Military Training plus 7+ years in installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, support and/or end-user instrumentation use.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair equipment at customer sites.
• Act as primary service liaison for customers to ensure satisfaction and strong relationships.
• Meet response time targets for contract customers.
• Manage and complete service orders in a timely manner.
• Travel within the West US region as needed.
